Praise the Lord!!! Psalm 32:11 Amp. Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous [who actively seek right standing with Him]; Shout for joy, all you upright in heart.
Psalm 32:7 Amp. “You are my hiding place; You, Lord, protect me from trouble; You surround me with songs and shouts of deliverance.”
Ø Prayers for our country. The division between people is wide. The lies are plentiful-and people believe them. We look to You, Lord, to keep us on Your path. We just keep our heads down, work hard, and know the Lord is in control.
Ø We ask, Lord, You would bring Your wisdom to the leadership in the sanctuary cities. We ask You would give them strategies to deal with the influx of new people in their jurisdictions.
Ø Lord, open new avenues for people wanting to learn English as a second language (ESL). Currently, Shanna and Laura (was a missionary in Africa) are teaching at Rising Up on Thursday. There is no charge for the class. Lord, bring in others who want to learn and want to help. Let there be collaboration and connection with people. Ecclesiastes 4:12b “And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.”
Ø We thank You, Lord, for the harmony Vianca’s soccer team exhibits. Vianca’s love for Christ shows the kids from difference backgrounds they can get along and love one another.
Ø Lord, we pray for the government leaders in Morgan County, Colorado, and our country. Lord, may they ask for Your wisdom and discernment. Lord, thank You for Mayer Kevin Lindell and his willingness to engage with the people in Ft, Morgan.
Ø Morgan County needs more housing. Lord, we ask if there would be cooperation among business leaders, craftsmen, builders, and others to bring more affordable housing to Morgan County. Bring together unlikely partners to accomplish this goal we ask in Jesus’ Name.
Ø Prayers for the schools in Morgan County. We ask for Your Spirit of Truth to engulf the schools. We bind up the evil ideologies being taught in the schools in Jesus’ Mighty Name! We pray for more people of God to step into educational roles across Colorado to help the children of Colorado develop a love of God and an understanding of their Godly identity.
Ø Lord, we ask You would provide the food for the nutrition the children need for their bodies. Help families to be discerning about their food budgets. Stretch those budgets, Lord!
Ø We pray You will protect the children from pornography. Expose any child trafficking to law enforcement. Give each Colorado First Responder the wisdom to always call on You for guidance and discernment regarding how to handle every situation during their workday.
Ø We declare that the 2024 Colorado elections are now aligned with God’s will and purposes for our state Lord, we ask any deceit associated with the Colorado elections will be exposed.
Special Prayers:
§ Prayers for the continued healing of Kathy’s arm. Lord, praise You for the healing to this point. Give the doctor Your discernment on the timing of treatment for Kathy’s good.
§ Traveling mercies for both DJ and Lyn.
§ Lord, protect Donald Trump, his associates related to this election and his family from harm.
§ We ask, Lord, You would also protect RFK Jr. from any attempts on his life.
§ Lord, protect our elections and all persons associated with the elections throughout the United States.
Ø We declare the Lord is our Rock who trains our hands for war and our fingers for battle. Psalm 144:1
Ø We declare God is our shelter and refuge. He is our strong tower against the enemy. We take shelter underneath Your wings, Oh Lord! Psalm 61:3&4
Ø We declare the peace You have given us, Jesus, is with us. We will not let our hearts be troubled or afraid. Thank You, Jesus! John 14:27 Amen.
