Focus:
People in Jeffco will be anchored in hope in Jesus Christ.
Romans 15:13: “Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”
Worship and Intercession
We declare Hebrews 10:23: “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.”
Psalm 96: “Oh, sing to the Lord a new song! Sing to the Lord, all the earth. Sing to the Lord, bless His name;
Proclaim the good news of His salvation from day to day. Declare His glory among the nations,
His wonders among all peoples. For the Lord is great and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but the Lord made the heavens. Honor and majesty are before Him;
Strength and beauty are in His sanctuary. Give to the Lord, O families of the peoples, Give to the Lord glory and strength. Give to the Lord the glory due His name; Bring an offering, and come into His courts. Oh, worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness! Tremble before Him, all the earth. Say among the nations, “The Lord reigns;
The world also is firmly established, it shall not be moved; He shall judge the peoples righteously.” Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; Let the sea roar, and all its fullness; Let the field be joyful, and all that is in it. Then all the trees of the woods will rejoice before the Lord. For He is coming, for He is coming to judge the earth. He shall judge the world with righteousness, and the peoples with His truth.”
We thank You, Lord, for the hope You give.
Heb 6:19 (AMP): “This hope [this confident assurance] we have as an anchor of the soul [it cannot slip and it cannot break down under whatever pressure bears upon it]—a safe and steadfast hope that enters within the veil [of the heavenly temple, that most Holy Place in which the very presence of God dwells],”
We can be faithful because of the hope You give, Lord.
We declare our hope for the many salvations in Jeffco.
We thank You for the hope of new natural and spiritual births in Jeffco.
We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness no matter what the circumstances.
We thank You for the hope of the glory of Jesus.
We set our eyes on the hope in Jesus.
We ask that the labor of the body of Christ be coached by Jesus.
We thank You, Lord, for adequate preparation to bring forth what heaven is birthing in Jeffco.
We ask for Jeffco to have greater alignment with Jesus.
Romans 5:1-9: Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope. Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.
For when we were still without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die; yet perhaps for a good man someone would even dare to die. But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
We thank You, Lord, for new life and hope.
We ask for greater revelation that Jesus is the resurrection.
We ask for anointing of hope, promise and love into ministry leaders.
We ask for the power of God to touch every heart in celebrations of the resurrection.
We ask for greater revelation that by the single offering of Jesus Christ, we are sanctified.
We pray for a stampede to the cross of Christ of those who will completely surrender to Jesus.
We ask for greater endurance to resist offense.
We ask for wisdom to disciple Jeffco in the ways of God.
We declare 2 Corinthians 6:2: For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you. “Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.”
We pray for those coming into the kingdom of God to be strengthened.
We ask for the hidden things to come into the light.
We declare God’s treasures are being found and brought to clarity and brilliance.
We pray for the body of Christ to be welcoming to those coming into the kingdom.
We declare all are welcome to come and partake of Jesus.
We declare that all in Jeffco will find their true identity and destiny in Christ.
We ask for those who are dead to be resurrected and be powerful witnesses to all around them.
John 11:4: When Jesus heard that, He said, “This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”
John 11:23: Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”
Thank You, Lord, for the hope this gives us that the dead will rise again.
We ask for an increase of light in our lampstands.
We ask for the winds of Holy Spirit to come and change the hearts of those in Jeffco.
We ask that You, Lord, would make us winsome to those who need to hear the gospel.
We ask for encouragement that we would know that we are guided by the Spirit.
We ask for a fresh anointing according to Psalm 92:10b: “I have been anointed with fresh oil.”
We ask for the removal of pressures and expectations on Pastors and ministry leaders so that they will lead in the peace and strength of God.
We declare Pastors and ministry leaders are free to be Father’s sons and daughters and grace to bring forth what the Lord has for them.
We declare, “Shalom” over leaders in the church.
We declare over Pastors and ministry leaders Matthew 11:28-30: “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
We ask for the body of Christ to embrace new believers who need discipleship.
We ask for the body of Christ to step up and do their part in discipleship.
We declare the body of Christ is equipped to do what is needed in this hour.
We ask for deliverance from the hurts, pains, disappointments, loss from the past seasons.
We ask for heaven to deliver what each person in Jeffco needs.
