Prayer Requests
Please pray for a couple who recently broke up and is having logistical obstacles to having a baby. They are leaning toward having an abortion.
Please pray for a client who is escaping a life of abuse and is pregnant. Pray God’s protection and blessing over her.
Praise God for a client who changed her mind about choosing an abortion. When she came to her ultrasound appointment she was undecided, but after the ultrasound she decided to carry.
Praise God for many new patients who are pursuing additional counseling sessions with our staff following their STD testing appointments.
Please pray for a client that has been looking for a job, housing and daycare since the split with the father of the baby. She has had a rough time adjusting to living alone and caring for the baby by herself most of the time. She does not have much support from family and has suffered from postpartum depression.
Please pray for our workshop with Restoration Outreach Programs. Pray that students would be aware of how to recognize when they are stressed and how to use healthier coping skills.
Please pray for the right people to apply to be Teacher and Community Connectors. We are looking for two bilingual (English and Spanish) people to apply and join our team before fall.
Praise God for committed men’s prayer group who prays for us every month. We are grateful for their love for the Lord and people – born and preborn.
Please pray for an upcoming mailing that will reach many supporters who we have lost touch with over the last few years. Pray that they will reconnect with heart and work of Alternatives.
Praise God that this month we will officially start the construction at the site of our new clinic in Arvada.
